    Description

Detroit, MI - State Bank of Michigan $3 18__ MI-160 G6a Remainder About Uncirculated.
Very popular full red tinted note using the Lymen's Protector patent. Left end with female enclosed within the red tint. Lower right with farmer hoisting stalks (also used on Farmers Bank of Kentucky KY-100 $10 notes). Bold color, light handling. Small ink blot on bottom back edge, mostly obscured in black obligation text. Gem certified notes often sell over $300 each; this is a sharp note and good value at the estimate.
