The design incorporates a center vignette of Ceres seated flanked by oval portraits of Henry Clay and Daniel Webster. Cameo-like medallion heads anchor each end. The note is printed on India paper mounted on card with rectangles cut out of the signature lines. We are aware of three examples of this design in proof form at present.
