    Description

    Montville, (CT)- W.W. Langdon & Co. 25¢ (5); 50¢ (3) Nov. 10, 1862
These notes are from the second W.W. Langdon issue. They range in grade from Fair to Fine, with one of the 50¢ pieces torn in half laterally and there is also a 25¢ piece that has an approximate one inch tear. These notes were redeemable at the Mahaiwe Bank and carry small apertures probably from being impaled by the cashier of the bank onto a spindle. There will be no returns on this lot for any reason. (Total: 8 notes)
