    Shreveport, LA- State of Louisiana $1000 Bond Cr. 62F
    This bond has coupons at bottom and along the left and right sides. This bond also has the signatures of two Louisiana governors. The signature of Governor Thos. O. Moore, 1862-64 is on the face and on the back is the signature of Governor Henry W. Allen, 1864-65. Bonds signed by two different governors are rare. This bond grades Fine with edge splits with the longest being 1.5 inches. There is also ink erosion and some separation of paper at the folds. A couple of repairs are also noticed. A $5 Baby Bond, Cr. 80a, is included. Both were once mounted with stamp hinges.
