    Description

New Orleans, LA- Cook & Brother $3 Mar. 15, 1862 PMG Very Fine 25.
The $3 issued by this important CSA arms manufacturer that was forced to relocate to Athens, GA in 1862 after the fall of New Orleans in April, 1862 is nearly identical to the $2. The back orientation (seemingly upside down) is, in fact, normal for this issue. Nice condition in a comments-free holder.
