    Description

New Orleans, LA- Bank of Louisiana $2 Sep. 19, 1861 The Bank of Louisiana apparently had fairly large inventories of pre-war notes on hand. This example has the appearances of an 1840-50s design. Since there was a branch of ABNCo in the city, access to these notes may have been prolonged as well. Fine-Very Fine.
