    Description

Harrisonburg, LA- Parish of Catahoula $3 Oct. 1, 1862 PCGS Apparent Very Fine 30.
The decorative elements on this note look like something you might see during a Mardi Gras parade. A nice condition example with better paper quality than is often seen for parish notes. PCGS notes small edge tears, resulting in the Apparent designation.
