    Cedar Falls, IA- The Town of Cedar Falls $2 Oakes UNL Proof
    While the $1 and the $5 notes from this circa 1858 issue are often available, the $2 denomination is unlisted in the Oakes reference and is new to us as well. This Proof example surfaced along with two other unlisted Iowa notes, a rare Kansas Proof, and a previously unreported University of Notre Dame college note Proof and the sheet below. PCGS Apparent Very Fine 35, with some mounting remnants on the reverse of the light card stock.
