    The Citizens Bank was "one of the more notorious banks" according to the Wolka reference. Larceny was the modus operandi of President A. Brown and his followers. The portrait at center is of Henry Clay, "The Great Compromiser." Fine with the signatures of Cashier Isaac C. Johnson and President A. Brown.
