Glenwood, AR- Glenwood Lumber Co. Payable at the Bank of Amity 25¢ 190_ Rothert UNL
Glenwood was home to a number of lumber mills in the early part of the twentieth century, due at least in part to the Gurdon and Fort Smith Railroad and other railroads that ran through the area. This scarce piece of Panic of 1907 scrip is graded PCGS Apparent About New 50, with staining and minor edge damage in upper left corner mentioned on the holder. The imprint is "Democrat" Little Rock. A great piece of Arkansas history.
