    Description

    Camden, AR- D.W. Fellows $1 Oct. 1, 1862 Rothert 95-4
Before serving as County Treasurer from 1864 to 1866, this merchant started a general store in 1860. His notes are quite scarce, with just two pieces appearing in our past auctions, a $1 in similar condition, and wretched 10¢ piece that was missing as much as 30% of its paper. This piece is a solid, mid-grade example with deep inks. PMG Very Fine 20.
