    (Little Rock), AR- State of Arkansas War Bond $10 Sep. 19, 1861 Cr. 61K2 PMG Very Fine 25.
    State Treasurer O(liver) Basham served in this position from February 1861 to April 1864. Basham then rode full time with the 7th Arkansas Cavalry Regiment as a lieutenant colonel. He was killed at the Battle of Pilot Knob (Fort Davidson) on September 27, 1864. A minor repair is cited on the third party label.
