    A better denomination for this Civil War issue. This Trey was printed upside down with a green "ATW" back on an Exchange for Real Estate Bank of the (State of Arkansas Office at Columbia). Federal troops occupied Little Rock in September 1863 and the state capital was moved to Washington in Hempstead County for the duration of the war. Fine with above average edges for the grade.
