    Montgomery, AL- Central Bank $1 Oct. 1, 1861; $5 (Two Examples); $10 Oct. 1, 1857; $20 Sep. 1, 1855
    The Central Bank was incorporated on Feb. 17, 1854. William Knox was the first president of the bank. Both of the $5 notes and the $10 note have "Protested Feby 26 (or 27) 1869 E. Hastings, Cashier" written on the back in purple ink. One of the $5 notes also has a circular stamped notation on the face that reads C.B. with T. below. The notes range from Good to Very Good with problems associated with the grade level. There will be no returns on this lot for any reason. (Total: 5 notes)
