Washington, DC - $5 1882 Value Back Fr. 573 The Riggs NB Ch. # (E)5046An extremely rare type from the District of Columbia, with this piece last crossing the auction block in our sale of the Tom Flynn Collection. All of the five known examples of this type are $5 notes from this bank, which was the sole institution to issue any Value Backs from the District. PCGS Very Fine 20, with even, problem free wear and pleasing color.
