    Description

    Washington, DC - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 655 Federal NB Ch. # (E)10316
This great note could satisfy several collections for different reasons. The Federal NB was the only "forbidden title" national bank in our nation's capital and this note also has the scarce Napier-Thompson Treasury signatures. The paper is bright and has retained its original sheen plus it has a dark overprint. The stamped bank officers' signatures have faded, but they are still readable. This is a note worthy of serious consideration. PCGS Choice New 63PPQ.
