    Washington, DC - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 651 NB Ch. # (E)3425
    Hugh McCulloch's portrait is featured on this note. McCulloch (1808-1895) was the Secretary of the Treasury during Lincoln's administration and it was during his term that the Secret Service was established. He later served as Secretary of the Treasury during Arthur's presidency. This note has deep vertical and horizontal folds and there are some pieces missing within those folds. Good.
