    Description

Richmond, VA - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 629 The Broadway NB Ch. # (S)10344
Rough but rare would be an appropriate description for this note. This capital city bank limped through 16 years of existence before closing forever in 1929. While it only grades Very Good with all four corners missing, this $10 is only the second of its denomination to surface on this institution.
