    Victorville, CA - $20 1929 Ty. 1 The First National Bank Ch. # 11005 PMG Very Fine 25.
    One of the tougher banks in southern California, there are just four large and five small examples enumerated in the census from this institution, including this piece which made its last public appearance in a 2002 auction The bank was closed by the receiver four days before Christmas in 1931. One of the finer known survivors, it is a crisp, moderately circulated $20 with nice margins and solid paper for the grade.
