    Valparaiso, IN - $10 1875 Fr. 420 The First NB Ch. # 2704
    This was one of the last banks to be chartered during the First Charter period, having been organized in May 1882. It issued First Charter Tens and Twenties only and liquidated at the expiration of its charter in 1902. Seven examples are listed in the National Bank Note Census, with this piece new to that listing. PCGS Very Fine 20PPQ, perfect for the grade, with great color, margins, and signatures, and the first note to be offered at public sale from this bank since 2004.
