    An attractive First Charter 1-1-1-2 sheet, one of only 15 or so such uncut sheets in existence. These sheets have always been undervalued, likely because so few are known it is impossible to make a market in them. This sheet was has been folded between the notes and down the center, but the colors are bright and the overall appearance quite nice. It was last offered in Lyn Knight's June, 2000 sale, where it realized $8800. With a renewed appreciation for the rarity of these items, and in a considerably stronger market, expect it now to easily reach or exceed...
