    Description

Philadelphia, PA - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 625 The Tenth NB Ch. # 3423
Despite its nomenclature, over three dozen national banks had received a charter in Philadelphia before the Tenth opened its doors in 1885 creating an interesting anomaly. Nevertheless, it remains in great demand by the numerical title collectors. This is an evenly circulated Fine-Very Fine example that bears strong stamped signatures.
