Lansdale, PA - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 650 First National Bank Ch. # (E)430 PMG About Uncirculated 50.This lightly circulated $20 Plain Back from a Montgomery County bank features bold ink colors and dark pen signatures. Included with the lot is a small card with the notation, "First note signed by me as President, First National Bank of Lansdale Jan. 8, 1918 Irwin G. Lukens." Mr. Lukens served as President of the bank from 1918 until at least the end of the note-issuing period. This is a very nice note with a provenance back to its day of issuance. PMG mentions paper pulls. (Total: 2 items)
