    Description

Harrisburg, PA - $5 1882 Brown Back Fr. 467 The Harrisburg NB Ch. # 580
This is an example of the $5 Brown Back stacked Treasury signatures variety, with this example hailing from the capital of the Keystone State. The bank officer signatures are readable, while the edges show wear, and the back does exhibit a loss of detail. There is also an approximate half inch tear along the upper portion of the center fold, that was once repaired with tape, but subsequently the tape has fallen off. Despite its ailments, the face of this early $5 Brown Back is a representative example. Good-Very Good.
