Duquesne, PA - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 628 The First NB Ch. # 4730
Of the dozen or so examples that we have sold of this charter only a single one was large size and the rest were small which makes sense as the census shows they are outnumbered by a ratio of 4:1. This PCGS Fine 15 is a real treat as it shows huge margins and bold signatures with just an even degree of circulation and no visible problems. This new addition to the census will become only the second $10 Third Charter note. The only note we sold was an 1882 $5 Date Back in a PCGS Apparent Fine 15 holder that realized $517.50 in 2011.
