    This exceptionally attractive note is from a strongly collected area of Pennsylvania and grades a very conservative Crisp Uncirculated, due to a few too many scattered handling wrinkles to merit a higher grade. It should be noted that the paper remains as crackling fresh and deeply embossed as the day the note was printed. The well balanced centering, bright color and darkly original officers' signatures are additional factors adding still more to its overall appeal.
