    Description

    Gardiner, OR - $20 1929 Ty. 1 The First NB Ch. # 10676
Small notes are considerably more difficult to obtain from this one bank community than are large, with this piece, according to Track & Price, the first Series 1929 specimen to be offered at public sale in more than a decade. It has been off the market since Dusty obtained it from a Hickman Auctions sale back in 1988, where it was graded as About Uncirculated. It is now in a PMG holder graded About Uncirculated 55 Net, the net grade awarded due to "rust." The areas of rust are quite small.
