Toledo, OH - $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 613 The Second NB Ch. # (M)248Large notes only from this better Toledo bank, which was chartered during the Civil War and liquidated in 1924. Tonight's offering is one of just five Red Seals of any denomination listed in the census from this Toledo institution. Fine, with a bold red overprint and just a couple of minor rust stains and pinholes.
