    Minatare, NE - $10 1929 Ty. 2 The First NB Ch. # 13316 PMG Very Fine 25.
A very scarce Scotts Bluff County bank that issued only a handful of small size Type 2 notes after opening in 1929. Just seven pieces are listed in the census including this well margined $10 that does have some flecks of paper clip rust. This piece made its last auction appearance in 1999 and which has the added feature of bearing the signature of female cashier Helen Littlejohn. The last note from here to cross the public auction block was in our 2014 Long Beach auction when a PCGS Very Fine 20 note fetched $2,937.50.
