National Bank Ch. # 2106 PMG Choice Very Fine 35.This offering is a lovely Montana Territory note that is crossing the auction block for the first time. It is one of six Territorial Aces reported from this Missoula bank, but three of the known notes are tied up in an uncut sheet leaving very few options for today's collectors. Inexplicably listed as grading Fine in both Track & Price and the NCF census, this beautiful Territorial note is certainly much more than that, with bright paper, bold pen signatures, excellent color, and just light evidence of circulation. It certainly compares quite favorably to another Ace from this bank, also in a PMG Choice Very Fine 35 holder, that we auctioned in our 2023 FUN auction for $31,200.
