    One of a paltry nine large enumerated on this private named bank that had a life span of 1907 to January 19, 1917. We can still see the signatures of Cashier Tillie Muller Ade and President T(homas) W. Cunningham. Cunningham was a former mayor of Joplin. This example grades Fine, with a small internal hole at center, a small notch at bottom center, and soiling on the back. The Eric P. Newman $5 example that we auctioned in April 2015, graded Fine 12 Apparent with a stain in the lower right corner and it realized $1116.25.
