    Description

Jefferson City, MO - $10 Original Fr. 414 The First NB Ch. # 1809
This is a rare type from both this bank specifically (where it is one of only two First Charters of any kind and the only Original $10) and from the state of Missouri in general, where it is one of fewer than a dozen Original tens known from all banks in the state combined. It traces its pedigree back to our first sale in November, 1990, where it was part of the major Missouri collection that highlighted our first auction. Fine, a significant rarity from the Missouri state capital.
From The Thomas M. Flynn Collection
