Union Bridge, MD - $20 1902 Date Back Fr. 644 The First NB Ch. # (E)9066This Carroll County note is one of the classic rarities of Maryland's National Bank Notes. For years this town was unavailable, as all of the handful of known examples were tightly held in two long term collections. When one of the collectors became a seller, several examples from here came on the market. Most have now found new long term homes, so this piece, which is the only $20 note of any kind reported from here, should find a ready market amongst this state's collectors. Pen signed Fine-Very Fine, with a tiny margin stain on the right affecting nothing.
