    First Ever Public Offering

Lake Worth, FL - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 607 The First NB Ch. # 11716
A wonderful new discovery from this excessively rare Palm Beach County bank, the sole issuer in Lake Worth. Two notes are listed in the census from Lake Worth, a total which has not changed in decades, with both ensconced in prominent Florida collections. Neither, according to our records, the Gengerke data, and Track & Price has ever been available at public sale, making this the first opportunity ever for Florida collectors to compete to add a note from this community to their holdings. Fortunately for collectors, this note is as pretty as it is rare, with bright inks, sharp pen signatures, and excellent eye appeal. Any estimate for this PCGS graded Very Fine 30 is simply a guess, but if rarity, grade and desirability combine for their usual result, our estimate might prove conservative indeed.
