Unknown Location- $3 Advertising Note ND (ca. 1869) Vlack Type 17 PCGS Banknote Fine 12.This appears to be a remainder advertising note that some enterprising soul decided to try to put in circulation by adding false, but nice imitation signatures of John Allison and F.E. Spinner (who served together from 1869-1875). It is, of course, also possible that someone just had too much time on their hands and did this on a whim.
