    The verso has a form TFEL-2 stapled to it. This form has a portrait of John Marshall and a red scalloped Treasury Seal. TFEL-2 was a form that allowed friendly, non-hostile foreign nationals to trade American securities during World War II. Measurements are 5.25 by 3.5 inches. Forty-six coupons also remain on this example. The bond grades Fine, roulette cancelled with pinholes and the TFEL-2 is not graded, but it has pinholes.
