Series 651 25¢ PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.The quarter is by far the scarcest of this previously unknown Fractional series. The fractional notes were removed from circulation soon after they had been issued, leading to their scarcity. The eagle design on the back of this lightly handled example is very appealing.
