Complete Fractional Set Series 651 5¢; 10¢; 25¢; 50¢ PCGS Gem New 66PPQ; Superb Gem New 67PPQ; Superb Gem New 68PPQ; Superb Gem New 68PPQ.The fractional MPC for Series 651 were not known among collectors until about 40 years ago. We have not offered a complete Series 651 fractional set since September, 2015. That night saw us auction two different sets. Grades in both sets were in the PMG 65 EPQ and 66 EPQ range and each realized $705.
