EPQ.A gorgeous $10 Treasury Note, this offering is one of just 42 pieces recorded for this rare Friedberg number and that we first offered in our 1995 FUN auction. The centering of both sides is terrific, the original embossing is pronounced across the entire surface of the note, not just on the seal and serial numbers, and the colors are the equal of the day the note was printed. Treasury Tens are truly scarce in this top grade. This striking example, with its large brown spiked seal, is sure to attract considerable bidder attention. Another PMG 65 EPQ example appeared at auction last year with us at FUN and fetched over $55,000.
