    Pleasing Manning $20 Silver Certificate

Fr. 321 $20 1891 Silver Certificate PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
This note was issued as a memorial to Daniel Manning who served as Secretary of the Treasury until shortly before his death in 1887. This variety has a blue treasury seal and XX protector. The back design features large areas of white space, designed to draw the eye to key design elements that could be used in counterfeit detection efforts.
