    Description

Ideally Centered $10 1880 Silver Certificate

Fr. 288 $10 1880 Silver Certificate PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 Net.
The Net grade is for a tiny closed pinhole in the lower right corner exactly where the frame lines meet. The note is otherwise an extraordinarily nice $10 1880 Silver with huge margins, ideal centering, and all the eye appeal in the world. The note was bought by our consignor in March 2007 for just over $22,000. In today's market, we would expect that number to be out of reach, but it should be approached.
