Fr. 50 $2 1880 Legal Tenders Cut Sheet of Four Gem New. This gorgeous Cut Sheet is made up of four beautifully bright, deeply embossed, well printed and well margined examples. All four notes approach the Superb category. Fr. 50 is the scarcest of the three Friedberg numbers (50, 51, 52) that compose this type. Fr. 51 is about 25% more common - and Fr. 52 is fully twice as common - as Fr. 50. We can recall seeing only two other Cut Sheets of this type, and we would not be at all surprised if they were broken up by now. This beautiful item comes to us from the same small but select group as the Cut Sheet of Chiefs, and the spectacular Fr. 267. (Total: 4 notes)
