    Description

Fr. 1225h $10,000 1900 Gold Certificate PCGS Very Choice New 64.
Even though the Friedberg reference has at last broken down unredeemable Fr. 1225 by signature combination with the release of the 19th edition in 2010, further refinement could still be made as there are several varieties under the umbrella of the main numbers. This note is payable to the "Federal Reserve Board" and "Assistant" is blacked out. The lack of PPQ has been caused by some minor damp staining that is almost certainly the result of having become wet in the 1935 Post Office fire. It also has the usual roulette perforations at far left. The third party label states the old Friedberg number of "Fr. 1225."
