    Description

Finest Known Fr. 915c Philadelphia Star

Fr. 915c* $10 1914 Federal Reserve Note PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45 EPQ.
An extremely rare star which is, by a very considerable margin, the finest of the four examples reported to date. The second finest, which was a Net graded PMG Very Fine 25 with considerable discoloration, sold for almost $6,000 back in 2012. This piece, which is an unmolested classic "three fold Uncirculated," should easily exceed that figure early in the bidding.
