Fr. 800 $5 1915 Federal Reserve Bank Note PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45.
This is listed as Chambliss #1503, and he records it in his book as issued after Fr. 801. A scarce 1915 $5 Kansas City note with stamped Anderson-Miller signatures. There are approximately 100 examples known, and this is listed on the census. At one time there was a listing for Fr. 800a (see Eric P. Newman Part VI, lot: 19749), and this note's signatures are somewhat similar to the ones on that example. This is a former Chambliss Collection note, an area he studied and codified in his 2014 volume in detail. A very clean surfaced, crisp example that complements many of Mike's $5 FRBNs cataloged here. PMG notes the "Ex. C.R. Chambliss" pedigree on the back of the holder.
    From The Mike Coltrane Collection.
