Fr. 1367 50¢ Third Issue Justice PMG Choice About Unc 58
EPQ.A very pretty little Fractional, this note is coveted for having "1" and "a" position indicators. When you turn it over, the back shows clear widely spaced surcharges. The Fr. 1367 variety is in the top ten of all Fractional varieties. This example is alone as Top Pop at both grading services. There are no Uncirculated examples graded by either service. In our Long Beach sale a year ago, we sold a PCGS Very Fine 30PPQ for $1,740. The previous highest graded third-party note that we have sold was a PCGS Extremely Fine 45PPQ that originally sold for over $3,000 in 2007 as part of our sale of the Bill and Kathy Stella collection. A top caliber example, this note is destined to find a new home with an advanced collection.
