    Fr. 1328SP Wide Margin Face Specimen 50c Third Issue Spinner About New. This example has autographed signatures of Colby and Spinner while the usual bronzed "SPECIMEN" is missing from the back. The lower left-hand corner tip has been nicked, while the upper margin reveals a pair of small tears. The back upper left corner also reveals a pencilled "189B" on this note that was formerly part of the John J. Ford Collection.
