Fr. 1328 Milton 3R50.14 50¢ Third Issue Spinner Superb Gem New. A gorgeous note, with broad, even margins, perfect colors, deep, original embossing and large, bold hand signatures. Fr. 1328's are the most common Red Back Spinner in Gem condition. Although we're speculating, it appears as though someone saved a number of these notes at the time of issue, as we've seen many over the years with identical paper, centering, and inking characteristics (for example, the minor weakness at the top of the left-hand bronze.) In any event, this one is about as perfect as a person could ever hope for.Auction Info
