    Description

Fr. 1291/94SP 25¢ Third Issue Wide Margin Set of Three PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ, Very Choice New 64 and Choice About New 58.
The face, which carries the 58 grade, is quite an interesting piece. The plate layout for Fessenden specimens was different than any other type. Because of that difference they often have one narrow margin. This Fessenden has the narrow margin at the left; it also has the full cutting guide and signature loop from its left hand neighbor that penetrates that cutting guide. Because of the layout, it is theoretically possible to have the full CSA watermark on these notes. This one has 90% plus of the "C" and the entire "SA". The red and green backs are both Choice New, the red back having earned the PPQ designation. (Total: 3 notes)
