Fr. 1291 25c Third Issue With Lyman Low Envelope Choice New. This ex-O'Mara red back Fessenden would have qualified for a higher grade but the left margin cuts slightly into the design. The embossing is deep and the color absolutely superb. Ex-Lyman Low's January 28, 1911 Sale and housed in an envelope with lot number 333 and the price paid -- $1.54. In its last auction appearance with us this lot realized over $200 in an internet currency auction a year ago. Oh how times have changed.
